I am starting to analyze gpus schematics and I am coming across a lot of .fz or .cad files with names something like: MS-VXXX r.X.X.

Could someone tell me what each thing means and how to identify what gpu is exactly?

you are asking about the numbers written on a graphics card's PCB, that is PCB manufacture board numbers and revisions of the boards release. can you take a photo of it and show it here to make it clear.
