Hello Admin, i do have same problem with HP 14-n059TX. No display, fan spin high, but before that happened, my power button blinks may times , also with caps lock and wifi button. I have check voltage , 19v rail present, 5v, 3.3v, 1.3v, and at all other voltage regulator module, they are present. Then i tried to reflash the bios using method from HP support, still no GO? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i had one HP motherboard same issue, i fixed that by replacing SIO.
so first what we do Flash both BIOS (EC and Main) do a clean BIOS flash, ME cleared BIOS. and check again.
