Repair Help Charging LED keeps blinking in off-state

Please, help with the repair solution.

The battery light keeps blinking continuously even the laptop is switched off.

Whenever the battery is removed and replaced the system won't power unless a charger is plugged in. And the battery does continue working as soon as the charger is plugged to power the system.


I have tried servicing the board, even though there's no visible fault on the MoBo.

Yes Boss... Same issue.
